Thank you for considering our newly remodeled banquet room for your next gathering. It has separate areas to suit your needs. Both rooms are subtly and exquisitely decorated and have a comfortable airy atmosphere. No matter what special event you need us for, we will try our very best to meet your specific needs.
To ensure we deliver the food and service you expect, it is very important to us that you completely understand our pricing and know what you can expect from us at your upcoming event.
- To guarantee a banquet room for your event, you must secure the date with the room fee and a refundable 100.00 security deposit. The following room fees cover: the room rental, set-up, clean-up, and the use of our china, tables, linens, beverage glasses and flatware.

This fee will give you and your guests exclusive use of this room for a four (4) hour period. There will be an additional charge of $50.00 per hour for parties lasting longer than 4 hours.
A 20% service charge will be added to food and beverage service prior to taxes. Gratuity will be at the discretion of the customer.
Upon approval of your event's menu, a signed contract and a deposit of 50% of the total propoal are required. The remaining amount must then be paid with the final confirmation three (3) business days prior to your event.
If your function is cancelled within 30 days prior to your event, the room fee WILL NOT be refunded and a 20% cancellation fee calculated from the food and beverage will be charged. The security deposit WILL be refunded.
Confirmation of the number of guests and menu selections must be finalized three (3) business days before your event. If no confirmation has been received, then the number and menu originally booked will be considered a guarantee for which you will be charged.
Since we cook your meal specifically for you and your guest, you will be required to pay for the number of people you have guaranteed. We can not deduct for guests who did not show as the food has been cooked accordingly. Likewise, if the number of guests actually attending exceeds the guarantee, Epicures holds the right to add those charges to the final invoice.
The consumption of alcoholic beverages is strictly regulated in compliance with all TABC laws and regulations. Epicures Catering will refuse to serve alcohol to any guest who, in the opinion of our staff, is under the age of 21 years or who becomes inebriated. The client renting the banquet facility will be responsible for the guest, and for arranging safe transporation.
Items or decorations that must be attached to interior and exterior walls with staples, tape or tacks are prohibited, as well as the use of confetti and glitter. Disregarding this policy will result in the loss of your secruity deposit.
