- Ham Rolls
- ~ We take puff pastry, slice of ham, some baby Swiss cheese, add Creole mustard, roll and bake.
- Chicken Strips
- ~ Thin sliced breast dredged in seasoned bread crumbs and deep fried. Served with a choice of sauces.
- Ratatouille in Torte Shells
- ~ A colorful blend of fresh vegetables and herbs packed into torte shells. This savory starter is sure to have your mouth explode with flavor.
- Shrimp Maki
- ~ "GREAT" - When serving this Epicure's speciality, our employees want combat pay. Whole shrimp with sliced water chestnuts wrapped in bacon and dredged in Spanish sauce.
- Spicy Southwestern Crab Balls
- ~ Everyone loves these. Choice crab meat, onions, peppers, cilantro and spices are combined, rolled and fried.
- Southwest Maki
- ~ A tender strip of chicken breast and jalapeno wrapped in bacon and baked till crisp.
- Companchano
- ~ A thick tomato-based soup with a variety of fresh seafood and garden vegetables. Served with thin strips of crisped corn tortillas.
- Stromboli
- ~ Italian sausage, mozzarella cheese, and green peppers are rolled into puff pastry, brushed with olive oil and Parmesan cheese and baked till golden brown.
- Shrimp Cocktail
- ~ Jumbo Shrimp served with lemons and cocktail sauce.
